When you plug an iPhone or iPad into Windows and browse it in File Explorer, photos show up as one flat DCIM folder with no album structure. AlbumsBridge reads your actual Photos app albums and recreates each one as its own named folder on your PC.
Will my HEIC photos and MOV videos work on Windows?+
AlbumsBridge can automatically convert HEIC photos to JPEG and MOV videos to MP4 during the transfer, so everything opens natively in Windows Photos and other apps.
Is any of my photo or album data uploaded to a server?+
No. AlbumsBridge works entirely offline — the transfer happens directly between your device and your PC over USB. We never see, receive, or store your photos, videos, or album names.
