Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with AlbumsBridge. This policy explains when you're eligible for a refund on a paid license.

1. Try Before You Buy

AlbumsBridge offers a free trial (currently 7 days, limited to 3 albums) so you can confirm it works with your device, your PC, and your Windows version before paying for a license. We strongly encourage you to use the trial before purchasing.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If AlbumsBridge doesn't work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked, provided:

  • The license has not been used in a way that violates our Terms of Service; and
  • You have not already received a refund for a previous purchase of the same product.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@albumsbridge.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout, and let us know you'd like a refund. We aim to respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

You can also request a refund directly through Lemon Squeezy using the link in your purchase receipt email.

4. After 14 Days

Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis, for example where the Software has a defect we're unable to fix within a reasonable time. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.
