1. What AlbumsBridge Does

AlbumsBridge is a Windows desktop application that connects to an Apple iPhone or iPad over USB and copies photo albums from the device to the user's PC, saving each album as a separate folder. AlbumsBridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AlbumsBridge on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or rent the Software;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent applicable law expressly permits;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Software's license or trial verification mechanisms;
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of any third party.

3. Free Trial

AlbumsBridge includes a free trial (currently 7 days from first launch, limited to a set number of albums) so you can evaluate the Software before purchasing a license. We reserve the right to change the length or limits of the trial at any time.

4. Purchases and Payment

Paid licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. When you purchase a license, your order is processed and billed by Lemon Squeezy, and their terms of service and privacy policy also apply to the transaction. All prices are as listed at checkout and may include taxes calculated by Lemon Squeezy based on your location.

6. Your Content

AlbumsBridge processes photos and videos stored on your own Apple device and transfers them locally to your own PC over a direct USB connection. We do not receive, store, view, or have access to your photos, videos, or album contents at any time. You are solely responsible for the content you transfer using the Software and for complying with applicable law regarding that content.

7. Device Compatibility

AlbumsBridge requires Windows 10 (version 1903 or later) or Windows 11, and typically requires Apple's "Apple Devices" app (or Apple Mobile Device Support) to be installed for USB communication with your iPhone/iPad. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, iOS version, or Windows configuration, and functionality may be affected by changes Apple or Microsoft make to their software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or configuration.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PHOTOS, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We strongly recommend you maintain your own backups (e.g., via iCloud, Finder/iTunes, or another backup method) before transferring or deleting photos from your device.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hellenic Republic (Greece), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
